Join us as we celebrate all things Queer, Black & Beautiful with Rochester Black Pride Weekend. Attend one event or every single one as we turn up, educate, validate and empower our whole community. The weekend schedule is as follows with some pre-sale tix, some pay at the door events, many free events and an amazing weekend pass to get you into EVERYTHING!!!! This melanin love fest will give you LIFE!!!

An all day outdoor love fest of music, culture and community. Live music, local and national acts, food and merchandise vendors, art and performances. The day will feature a 1st of its kind 3 on 3 Gender Neutral Basketball Tournament ( to sign-up search Black Pride 3x3 on eventbrite) with live DJ.
Vybrant: Glow Party
The Port of Rochester at Charlotte Beach

For the 1st time EVER the Port of Rochester (Where the Fast Ferry used to leave from, right at the Charlotte Beach Pier) is being transformed into a club. The space is HUGE, the drinks will be flowing and the whole room will be GLOWING with neon and florescent under the black lights. Come out and GLOW UP!!!!

Healing Session on the Beach

Come out and listen to the waves with yoga, guided meditations and pure peace among friends to center your spirit.
The Cookout Vol 2: Family Picnic

The closing event for Rochester Black Pride will be the annual Family Picnic. Set against Durand Eastman Park, the catered picnic will welcome friends and families as guests, provide the opportunity for testing and good old food and fun. Guests can meet, mingle, and play games then head to the beach to enjoy the water. Come out and hang out all day long and $2 will buy you a full picnic lunch that'll have you thinking your at the family reunion.
Open Mic Nite

As the final event of the weekend, the open mic is the perfect wind-down event that will give folks space to express what they are feeling. The night is open to spoken word, singers, movement performers, and artists to give them a safe space to express themselves & showcase their talents.
