As many persons are aware current USA public policy encourages the labeling of human beings in a variety of ways, consistent with the dictates of the CJIS, the CDC, Immigration, IRS, fbi and other agencies.

In the medical field, for example, the government maintains a secret list of all known or suspected carriers of various and sundry diseases and afflictions, such as Aids, Hepatitis, STDs, mental disturbances, etc. Excluded from the list are the mentally ill government employees (or other members of the ruling class) who are employed (or otherwise render support to government thugs) in the torture and murder of the Targets, many of whom are labeled as intimated above; for more on the sick perpetrators of crimes against Humanity see:

I propose that the government stop using the so-called privacy laws as a source of blackmail against all persons, including those who criticize USA corrupt and murderous global policies and practices; and I suggest that a different , ‘more uglier’ system be imposed on the people. Under this new plan for openness of records, all persons would carry an ID explicitly stating any and every medical condition or background background data (including all exposures to and infection with) any disease, whether incurred in life or at birth. The ID would then be available for people to display to all concerned a complete medical or criminal profile of the individual. Many police and fbi/cia, etc., operatives and agents would be thereby be identified (by degree of atrocities committed) as calumniators, torturers and murderers (depending on how many suicides or outright killings he be credited with). Thus, the Congress and the Courts would no longer live in fear of the fbi/cia and cops. This recommendation may be beneficial to the oppressed who are currently and wrongfully targeted by the police and community for death/imprisonment.
