Press Conference held by Theodore “Teddy” Loria who is demanding that Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard immediately hold accountable by way of suspension with pay R.P.D. Officers Rob Osipovitch & Ryan Hartley regarding the release of a video-tape which exposes and confirms both said officers lied in their police reports and also committed perjury in front of a Monroe County Gran Jury in addition to racial profiling of Jermie Barideaux by shining the police cars’ spot-light on his vehicle while stopped at the intersection prior to being stopped.

Our home is still the Flying Squirrel Community Space at 285 Clarissa St. Occasionally, we hold meetings at RCTV located at 21 Gorham Street.
