TIMOTHY POWELL'S FAMILY WILL BE TRAVELING FROM WASHINGTON D.C. TO BE PRESENT.

On Tuesday, January 29, 2013 Rochester, NY Police officers Antonio Gonzalez and James Ott shot Timothy Powell, a formerly homeless man being evicted from his apartment in downtown Rochester.

At the scene, Rochester, NY Police Sgt. Justin Collins, the department's public information officer, told news media that Powell was armed with a bottle of bleach when he was shot.

Hours later, the Rochester, NY Police department changed their story, saying that Powell also had a knife and attacked officers.

The Rochester Police department, backed by Chief James Sheppard is lying in order to justify their officers shooting a man holding a bottle of bleach.

History will show, that any African-American or Latino man, or woman, alleged to have "attacked" a Rochester Police officer  with a knife, has been shot dead.

Police officers are trained to shoot at "center mass", that area just above the waist and below the neck, as shooting a suspect in the area is most times fatal, and police are not trained to shoot to disable, THEY ARE TRAINED TO SHOOT TO KILL.

Most recently, on October 13, 2011  Rochester, NY Police officer Randy Book shot Hayden Blackman, who they claimed was holding a knife, a total of 5  times, hitting him 3 and killing him instantly.

Timothy Powell was NOT holding a knife, he was holding a bottle of bleach.

RPD officers DID NOT shoot at "center mass", because Timothy Powell WAS NOT armed with a knife.

Rochester, NY Police Chief James Sheppard is lying in order to protect his rogue, trigger-happy officers who unjustly shot a man.

MEMBERS OF THE ROCHESTER NEWS MEDIA HAVE NOTICED THE RPD's LIES IN CHANGING THEIR STORY HOURS LATER.

Furthermore, Rochester, NY Police officer Antonio Gonzalez has a history of making fun of, shooting, and in one case, killing a mentally ill young man, Israel ""Izzy" Andino along with 6 other RPD officers just 7 months ago.

RPD officer Antonio Gonzalez also made a very disturbing video titled "Name that Crackhead", where Gonzalez along with other RPD officers make fun of a mentally ill man, then disclose the man's whereabouts after Gonzalez posted the video on the Internet.
